[Completed] Project GYM - Imagine if he tried

Going to the gym was one of my goals of 2022.

At the time when this blog is started, I have already been working out for two months, 4-5 days a week, and had went from 77.5 kg to my current weight 73.5 kg.

My first goal of project GYM is to lower my weight to less than 70 kg before I go to Japan in September, and starting from today, I plan on recording all my workout days and related stuff here.
